{"id":24613,"date":"2022-11-12T09:15:19","date_gmt":"2022-11-12T08:15:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bechtold.pl\/repair-and-maintenance-services-for-medical-equipment\/"},"modified":"2023-02-22T11:37:00","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T10:37:00","slug":"complaints","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bechtold.pl\/en\/complaints\/","title":{"rendered":"Complaints"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>The Sale Agreement covers new Products, unless otherwise stated on the Product page.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Customera product free from defects.<\/li>\n<li>In case of a defect in a Product purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints should be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the Seller&#8217;s addresses given in the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that the complaint includes, but is not limited to a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) in which it occurred, the details of the Customer making the complaint, including contact details, and the Customer&#8217;s request in relation to the defective goods.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller shall respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days.<\/li>\n<li>Goods sent back within the complaint procedure should be sent to the address given in \u00a73 of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How to file a complaint step by step<\/h2>\n<p><b>Step 1<\/b>.\u00a0Go to the Store website.Find the complaint form.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 2<\/b>.Fill out the complaint form taking into account:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a detailed description of the damage<\/li>\n<li>the circumstances (including date) of the damage<\/li>\n<li>goods life-time<\/li>\n<li>Customer\u2019s details (including contact details)<\/li>\n<li>Customer&#8217;s request due to a defect in the goods<\/li>\n<li>a copy of the receipt or other document confirming the purchase of goods in the Store<\/li>\n<li>a brief description of the condition of the damaged goods packaging (upon return)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 3.\u00a0<\/strong>Submit the complaint form in writing or by e-mail to the Seller&#8217;s addresses:<\/p>\n<p>Address: ul.\u00a0Li\u015bciasta 17,\u00a091-357 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a<\/p>\n<p>E-mail address: bechtold@bechtold.pl<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4.\u00a0<\/strong>Return the damaged goods, preferably in the original packaging, to the Seller&#8217;s address:<\/p>\n<p>ul.\u00a0Li\u015bciasta 17, 91-357 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5.\u00a0<\/strong>The Seller will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days of accepting the letter of complaint.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sale Agreement covers new Products, unless otherwise stated on the Product page.
