Delivery

For EU deliveries we use DPD. If you wish to ship via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or FedEx please ask us the question with shipping details, so we could quote the shipping fee.
Every parcel is insured up to full order value. Please make sure your shipment is ok when picking it from courier.
All orders can also be picked up in person, at our company headquarters

Returns

We do accept the returns for in stock, unused items. If you wish to return your order, please fill in the return form and send it to our e-mail prior to return shipment. The shipping rates are at your side. Let us know if you would like us to arrange the shipment back to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refound. The refound is made with the same payment way as you have chosen during ordering.

DermLite HÜD is the basic model of dermatoscope designed for the patient.Charged via USB port.
It comes with a universal adapter, allowing it to connect to almost any phone.

Optional adapters dedicated to iPhone 5/SE, 6/6S and 7/8/SE(IIgen) also available.
