Eye-VapoMeter – Easy-to-use tear evaporation rate meter

‍The Eye-VapoMeter is the first and only portable tear evaporation rate meter. Tear evaporation rate (TER) can change when suffering from dry eye syndrome or wearing contact lenses. Efficacy of eye drops or other treatments can also be followed by measuring TER.

The Eye-VapoMeter is based on proven technology capable of measuring very high evaporation rates (50-300 g/m²h), like TER quickly and without saturation. The instrument is designed to fit perfectly on the eye. The measurement is independent of instrument orientation and subject’s posture, that makes the measurements comfortable for the subject.

Delivery

For EU deliveries we use DPD. If you wish to ship via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or FedEx please ask us the question with shipping details, so we could quote the shipping fee.
Every parcel is insured up to full order value. Please make sure your shipment is ok when picking it from courier.
All orders can also be picked up in person, at our company headquarters

Products in stock, ordered by 1 PM we ship the same day. If you buy both available and backordered products at one time - we will send them together. If you wish to send it subsequently, please place separate order for in stock and backordered items.

Payment

You can make your choice of payment method on the order page. The available forms of payment are:

PayNow - Blik, credit & debit cards, electronic banking
Only EU issued cards are accepted. The payment gateway is handled by mBank SA
Wire transfer - you will receive the account number and payment details in the e-mail confirmation of your order
Cash on delivery payment at the courier - please ask us for shipment fee estimate for EU shimpment with COD service

Returns

We do accept the returns for in stock, unused items. If you wish to return your order, please fill in the return form and send it to our e-mail prior to return shipment. The shipping rates are at your side. Let us know if you would like us to arrange the shipment back to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refound. The refound is made with the same payment way as you have chosen during ordering.
