The company was founded in 1946 by Helmut A. Heine. The vision of the creator was to create the highest quality diagnostic instruments. 1983 brought the Company its first head-mounted ophthalmoscope, the OMEGA 100. In 1989, the world's first dermatoscope-DELTA 10-was developed in cooperation with the University of Munich. The company is focused on constantly upgrading and expanding its product line based on the latest technologies. It has been 100% managed and owned by the Heine family for more than 75 years. As a world leader in the production of basic diagnostic instruments with more than 500 employees, it has representatives and subsidiaries in more than 120 countries around the world.
Distribution
Bechtold & Co. has been a distributor of the Heine brand since the early 2000s. Heine products can be seen both during the numerous conferences and scientific events in which we participate, and during personal meetings with our representatives. We provide warranty service for equipment purchased from us, as well as post-warranty service.
Warranty
Heine products are covered by a five-year manufacturer's warranty, carried out by our service in Poland.

- For EU deliveries we use DPD. If you wish to ship via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or FedEx please ask us the question with shipping details, so we could quote the shipping fee.
- Every parcel is insured up to full order value. Please make sure your shipment is ok when picking it from courier.

Returns
We do accept the returns for in stock, unused items. If you wish to return your order, please fill in the return form and send it to our e-mail prior to return shipment. The shipping rates are at your side. Let us know if you would like us to arrange the shipment back to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refound. The refound is made with the same payment way as you have chosen during ordering.
