About Brymill
Brymill is the world leader in the design and manufacture of handheld cryosurgical devices in the United States. Headquartered in Connecticut, this family-owned company provides the largest selection of spray tips, probes and accessories for cryosurgery, enabling medical personnel to treat a variety of skin lesions with greater control and accuracy. Distribution
Bechtold & Co. has been the exclusive distributor of the Brymill brand since 2005. Brymill's products can be seen both during the numerous conferences and scientific events we participate in, and during personal meetings with our representatives. We provide warranty service for equipment purchased from us, as well as post-warranty service.
Warranty
Brymill CRY-AC products are covered by a three-year manufacturer's warranty, carried out by our service in Poland. Dewar tanks come with a 12-month warranty.

The Brymill cryosurgical apparatus, thanks to the use of liquid nitrogen, can reach temperatures as low as -196 C, which means several times shorter treatment time than with nitrous oxide. 6 spray probes included (4 spray short, 1 straight and 1 curved). Particularly recommended for use in a single localization.

Shipping & delivery
Delivery
- For EU deliveries we use DPD. If you wish to ship via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or FedEx please ask us the question with shipping details, so we could quote the shipping fee.
- Every parcel is insured up to full order value. Please make sure your shipment is ok when picking it from courier.
- All orders can also be picked up in person, at our company headquarters
Products in stock, ordered by 1 PM we ship the same day. If you buy both available and backordered products at one time - we will send them together. If you wish to send it subsequently, please place separate order for in stock and backordered items.

Payment
You can make your choice of payment method on the order page. The available forms of payment are:
- PayNow - Blik, credit & debit cards, electronic banking
Only EU issued cards are accepted. The payment gateway is handled by mBank SA - Wire transfer - you will receive the account number and payment details in the e-mail confirmation of your order
- Cash on delivery payment at the courier - please ask us for shipment fee estimate for EU shimpment with COD service
Returns
We do accept the returns for in stock, unused items. If you wish to return your order, please fill in the return form and send it to our e-mail prior to return shipment. The shipping rates are at your side. Let us know if you would like us to arrange the shipment back to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refound. The refound is made with the same payment way as you have chosen during ordering.
