ILLUCO IDS-1100

History

Illuco was established in South Korea in 2015 based on more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing optical devices. It entered the optical medical device market with the IDS-1100 dermatoscope. With the support of the Korean government, thorough research and analysis, Illuco specialists launched the IDS series product line.

Distribution

Bechtold & Co. has been a distributor of the Illuco brand almost since its inception. Illuco's products can be seen both during the numerous conferences and scientific events in which we participate, and during personal meetings with our representatives. We provide warranty service for equipment purchased from us, as well as post-warranty service.

Warranty

Illuco products come with a two-year warranty, carried out by our service in Poland.

Delivery

For EU deliveries we use DPD. If you wish to ship via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or FedEx please ask us the question with shipping details, so we could quote the shipping fee.
Every parcel is insured up to full order value. Please make sure your shipment is ok when picking it from courier.
All orders can also be picked up in person, at our company headquarters

Returns

We do accept the returns for in stock, unused items. If you wish to return your order, please fill in the return form and send it to our e-mail prior to return shipment. The shipping rates are at your side. Let us know if you would like us to arrange the shipment back to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refound. The refound is made with the same payment way as you have chosen during ordering.
