BIPOLAR AND MONOPOLAR TECHNIQUES
You can use Eltron instruments both in the classic monopolar mode, using a passive electrode, and in bipolar mode, where current flows between the two poles of the bipolar tool.
APPLICATION
MODES OF OPERATION
PURE CUT (CUT)
The best current waveform for cutting is a pure sinusoidal waveform without modulation. Using this mode, we get a cut without coagulation.
COAGULATING CUT (WITH HEMOSTASIS) (BLEND)
Cutting current with coagulation (BLEND) is suitable for cutting in these cases if deep coagulation is required simultaneously with cutting. This type of waveform is a combination of sinusoidal current for cutting and a low-voltage waveform suitable for coagulation. This results in a coagulating cut without carbonization of the tissue, particularly useful in endoscopy.
FORCIBLE COAGULATION (FORCED)
The modulated current of forcing coagulation has the ability to rapidly coagulate the surface, with the likelihood of partial tissue carbonization. The advantage of this mode of operation lies in the rapid coagulation effect on the treated area.
SOFT COAGULATION (SOFT)
The low-voltage and modulated waveform allows to achieve coagulation of deeper tissue layers, in which coagulation of cells is performed without carbonization. Soft coagulation is more time-consuming than forcible coagulation.
BIPOLAR COAGULATION (BIPOLAR)
This mode of operation is suitable for gentle coagulation without carbonization effect both monopolar and bipolar. The use of bipolar pliers is allowed only in this mode of operation. An optional adapter ( REF No. 00498.04) is required to enable connection of the bipolar tweezer cable, which prevents activation in another mode of operation.

Returns
We do accept the returns for in stock, unused items. If you wish to return your order, please fill in the return form and send it to our e-mail prior to return shipment. The shipping rates are at your side. Let us know if you would like us to arrange the shipment back to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refound. The refound is made with the same payment way as you have chosen during ordering.
